GUANTERÍA  ALONSO

Opened in 1905, the family origins of the Alonso glove shop date back to my grandfather, who in 1890 handcrafted high quality leather gloves.

My father Pedro Alonso continued the trade and became a trustful supplier for the best glove firms on the market.

In 1980, I took over and we modernised the offer of our flagship product, our gloves, offering our costumers different brands from the best European distributors.

The quality of our range of products and the personalised costumer service offered are highly valued. We are happy to advise our customers which product to choose in order to fulfill their needs.

We are specialists in high quality accessories, covering from a wide range of locally handmade fans to formal bags, stoles, scarves, hats and wallets, all of them boasting personality and style.

Guantería Alonso still keeps the Modernist style from the beginning of the 20th century, both in its façade and inside the shop. Our cupboards, which show a variety of hand carved floral motif, are admired by both our customers and visitors.
